Who I Can Help

Trauma & Attachment Informed Psychotherapy

By respecting their abandonment and personal wounds, I teach trauma survivors to cope and heal their souls so that they may enlighten the way for themselves and others.

My approach to therapy relies heavily on my training and study of trauma and its neurobiology, as well as strengths based modalities. Depending on the needs of the client, I utilize a variety of therapeutic models from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Schema Therapy and Minuchin Structural Family therapy, in addition to other holistic and alternative options.  In consideration of the client’s age and their developmental needs, life cycle stage, and their trauma issues, I may collaborate with others to utilize  EGALA and other Equine Therapies, Art therapy, Reiki/Energy Work, Mindfulness practices, or my projective sand tray work.

I also firmly believe that allowing clients to utilize faith-based support systems, should they exist, aid in their healing process and can be critical for optimal outcomes.

I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples.
